ORDINANCE NO. 7320
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN 010), ELEVEN 411) AND
TWELVE (12) IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), DEAF MUTE ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,. ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12)
Block Seven (7), Deaf'Mute Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the

terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and�Aelassified
and the same are hereby declared to be in "E" Apartment District under
the terms of said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the provisions of Ordinance No. 5420
relating to the height of buildings and the amount of rear yard
space insofar as it affects Lots 10, 11 and 12 in Block 7, Deaf Mute
Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, Hereby amended so as to permit
the building of an apartment six stories high, exclusive of basement,
and to permit a yard space of not less than seven feet (71)ih the rear.
SECTION 3. That the provisions of Ordinance No. 5420 relating
to the number of square feet of gound space for each unit insofar as
it affects Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 7, Deaf Mute Addition to
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended so as to permit the
construction of an apartment building six stories high, exclusive of
basement, each floor containing eight family units, or a total of
forty -eight (48) units, and that the requirement in said ordinance
requiring 600 square feet of ground space for each unit is hereby
waived. x
SECTION 4. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attached and made a part thereof ke hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 7,
Deai Mute Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Sections 1 and 2 hereof, said property to be known and hereafter
classified as being in "E" Apartment District.

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
