AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING BUILDING WITHIN l�

between Broadway and Victory Streets inclusive from building

or erecting or constructing any type of structure whatsoever
at a closer point than 12 feet from the line of the 60 ft. `dad -
icated street known as West 3rd Street in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions
of this ordinance are put into effect immediately the public
health, peace and safety of the citizens of the City of Little
Rock will be adversely affected, therefore, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full j
force and effect -from and after its passage and approval.
