ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Effective the First day of July, 1947,
the salary of the City EnrTineer of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas shall be Forty -Fircht Hundred Dollars (t)'4,800.00)
per sear. Such salary sh - :13_ be paid from such funds and
in a like manner as are other employees of the Enr*ineerin7
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinances r` 7099 and 6£ 91 of the Ordinan-
ces of the City of Little Rock are hereb-t amended to con-
form with the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTIOU 3. All ordinances and p arts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and if the provisions
of this ordinance are not -put into effect on the date afore-
said, the public peace, health and safety of the citizens
of the City of Little Dock will be adversely affected, there-
fore an ewer -ency is hereby declared to exist, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the First day of July, 1947.
