ORDINANCE NO. 2 ,_
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SIX OF
$2786.25 ]MR PAMOST TO THE SOUTHWEST=
SELL TSI.EPHONE COMPANY FOR POLE PMTAL ,
AND FOR OTSER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CECIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated Prom the General Fund of the
City of Little Rock the sum of $2,786.25, to be paid to the Southwestern
Bell Telephone Company for pole rental charges for the years 1945 and
1946.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby directed to executes
the necessary instruments to ikcilitate the payment of said amount by
the City to the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
Section 3e All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approvals
