AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF TWO
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS AND TY-
FIVE CENTS ($2,109.25) TO CHASE AND G T FOR
SERVICES ON THE ANNUAL AUDIT YEAR 19460 AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there be, and there is hereby approp-
riated from the General Fund of the City Treasury the amount
of Two Thousand One Hundred Nine Dollars and Twenty Five Cents
($2,109.25) to be paid to Chase and GOt for services rendered
on the annual audit of 1946, and the proper city officials are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the proper instruments
to accomplish this purpose.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and unless the pro-
visions of this ordinance are r-ut into effect immediately, the
public peach:, health and safety of the citizens of the city of
Little Rock will be adversely affected. Therefore, an emergency
is hereby declared to e .7ist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
