TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AXMED, AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
Section 1. Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Young's Park Addition to the City
of Little Rook, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as being in `
Residence District, under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, of
the Ordinances of the City of Little Rook, Vhereby rezoned and reolass-
ified as being in "E" Apartment District.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Rook, as amended, and the zoning mataohed thereto and made a part there-
of, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of
this ordinance; said property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance will
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "E" Apartment District
under said Ordinance No. 5420, as mended.
