AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING EAST 70 FEET, LOT 121 EAST 70 FEET
OF NORTH 1221 FEET, OF LOT 11, ALL IN BLOCK 221, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND
FOR.-OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. TbAt the lands in Little Rock, Arkansas,
described as:
East 70 feet, Lot 12
East 70 feet of North 1221 feet, of Lot 11
all in Block 221, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District,
under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, waaereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same &A -ereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
include the reclassification and rezoning of the lands described
an:
East 70 feet, Lot 12
East 70 feet of North 1221 feet, of Lot 11
all is Block 2219 Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District,
SECTION 3. The yard space requirement for the construction
of a building on the lands described in Section 1 and 2 in this
Ordinance, are hereby waived.
SECTION 4. That the City Council has determined and it is
hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the passage of this
Ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and
this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
