BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot One (1), Block Twenty -nine (29),
Granite Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being No. 3801 Mississippi Xyenue, heretofore classified and
zoned as O'Bs Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5480, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in OF* Commercial District
under the terns of said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard
space and lot area requirements is hereby granted.
SRCTIOX 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot One (1),
Block Twenty -nine (29), Granite Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
•F" Commercial District and with yard space and lot area re-
quirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
