ORDINANCE N0. 7346
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 2,
RUEBEL AND LEIMER ADDITION TO THE' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, ALIENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINLD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE; ROCK,
ARKANSA6:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 2, Ruebel and
Leimer Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 5501
Asher Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under terms of zoning ordinance No. 5420, are hereby
rezoned and reclassified, and declared to be in "F" Commercial
District and the space requirements are hereby waived under the
terms of said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 as amended and the
zoning map thereto attached and made a part thereof are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots
1, 2, and 3, Block 2, Ruebel and Leimer Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District, with yard space requirements waived as provided in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
