660 FEET EAST OF THE QUARTER SECTION CORNER BETW'EE'N SAID SEC-
TIONS 8 & 17; RUN THENCE NORTH 2 DEGREES EAST 425 FEET; THENCE
SOUTH 88 DEGREES EAST 205 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 2 DEGREES WEST
425 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 1VEST ALONG SECTION LINE, 205
FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2 ACRES, MORE OR
LESS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of the Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section Eight (8), in Township One
(1) North, Range Twelve (12) !;Vests described as follows. Com-
mencing on Section line between Sections 8 & 17 at a point
660 feet East of the Quarter Section corner between said Sec-
tions 8 & 17; run thence North 2 degrees East 425 feet; thence
South 88 degrees East 205 feet; thence South 2 degrees West
425 feet; thence North 88 degrees West along Section line, 205
feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less,
being No. 3500 -3520 West Roosevelt Road., heretofore classified
and zoned as "Btt Residence District, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commercial District, under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Pap thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said part of the
the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Eight
(8). in Township one (1) North, Range Twelve (12) ti`aest, described
as follows: Commencing on Section line between Sections 8 & 17
at a point 660 feet East of the Quarter Section corner between
said Sections 8 & 17; run thence North 2 degrees East 425 feet;
thence South 88 degrees East 205 feet; thence South 2 degrees

West 425 feet; thence North 88 degrees West along Section line
205 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres more or
less,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the 'IF" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
