(1 to 6 incl) Block 10, and Lots seven, eight, nine, ten and eleven
(7 to 11 incl) Block 11, Rommel' s Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being on both sides of S. Lewis Street just south of Rest
32nd Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "BI Residence District,
under the terms of Zoning Ordiance No. 5420, W hereby rezoned rand
reclassified and the same 6j Y by declared to be in "JNLight Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance*
SBCTIMT 2• That Ordinance No. 5M and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots once, two, three, four, five
and six (1 to 6 incl) Block 109 and Lots seven, eight, nine, ten and
eleven (7 to 11 incl) Block 11, Re=el's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being the N*VN Light Industrial District*
SECTICH 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
