AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED
NINETY EIGHT (198) ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51,.20; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTIE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block One hundred ninety
eight (198) Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 1200 -1204 Spring
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Multiple Dwelling, Hospitals, etc.,
District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, gfeby rezoned and
reclassified and the same #O reby declared to be in '1j" Light Induatrial Distric
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinances
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and
made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoniA
of said Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block One hundred ninety eight (198),
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 3 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "j" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
