AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING NORTH ONE*HALF LOT 8 AND ALL OF
LOT 91 BLOCK 3, MOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. North one -half Lot 8 and all of Lot 9,
Block 3, Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as being in the
"A" One - Family District under Ordinance No. 5420 as amended,
of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Q4 hereby re-
zoned and reclassified as being in the "C" Two - family Dis-
trict.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5120 of the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended, and the zon-
ing map attached thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of
this Ordinance; said property described in Section 1 of this
Ordinance is to be hereafter known and classified as being
in "C" Two - family District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
