AN ORDINANCE TO RW93MM TOSVHM GIIMORZ IN THE
AMOUNT OF $105.00 FOR MONEYS CONTRIBUTED FOR STREET
REPAIR WORK, AND FOR OMER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'T'Y CECIL OF THB CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That heretofore Josephine Gilmore has con-
tributed to the City of Little Rock in the sum of $105.00 for
street repair work on McAlmont Street, and as such repair work
has not been done, she is entitled to be refunded said amount.
SECTICH 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Road
and Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of *105.00 to be
paid to Josephine Gilmore, and the proper city officials are here-
by directed to execute the necessary instruments for the purpose
of satisfying this claim.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
