AN ORDINANCE TO RMWURSE H. M. MC GEM IN THS
AMOUNT OF $72.54 FOR MONEYS CONTRIBUTED FOR ST13=
REPAIR WORK, AND FOR On= PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That heretofore H. M. McGehee has con-
tributed to the City of Little Rock in the sum of *72.54 for
street repair work on East Thirteenth Street, and as such re-
pair work has not been done, he is entitled to be refunded
said amount.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
Road and Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $72.54
to be paid to H. M. McGehee, and the proper city officials are
hereby directed to execute the necessary instruments for the
purpose of satisfying this claim.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
