AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF HONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
MATURING PRINCIPAL, CALLED PRINCIPAL, SEMI - ANNUAL INTZREST, AND
PAYIN% AGXNT8' CHARGES DUE SEPT=ER 13T, 1947, ON VARIOUS CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
R SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
%ariouus funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as

bates requirements due September let,

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the
respective amounts and purposes herein mentioned; and the City Clerk
is hertpy authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for
the rausoittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet
the due date of September 1, 1947.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
