AN ORDINANCE TO REIMBURSE ANNA LOUISE ENOELL IN
THE AMOUNT OF $236.60 FOR MONEYS UNTRI BUPED FOR --
STREET REPAIR WORK, AMID FOR 01! R PURPOSSICS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIW COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE'BOOK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That heretofore Anna:Louiss Engell has
contributed to the City of Little Rock in the sum of $236.60
for street repair work on East Twelfth Street, and as such re-
pair work has not been done, she is entitled to be refunded
said amount.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
Road and Auto Rind of the City of Little Rock the sum of
$236.60 to be paid Anna Louise Engell, and the proper city
officials are hereby directed to execute the necessary instru-
ments for the purpose of satisfying this claim.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take efftct and be
in force from and after its passage.
