AN ORDINANCE TO REIMBURSE MRS. W. W. SCROGGIN IN
THE AMOUNT OF $445.00 FOR MONEYS CONTRIBUTED FOR
STREET REPAIR WORK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That heretofore Mrs. W. W. Seroggin has
contributed to the ':City of Little Rock in the sum of
$445.00 for street repair work on Fairview Road, and as such
repair work has not been done, she is entitled to be refund-
ed said amount.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
Road and Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of
$445.00 to be paid to Mrs. W. W. Seroggin, and the proper
city'officials are hereby directed to execute the necessary
instruments for the purpose of satisfying this claim.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provis-
ions of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of the city
of Little Rock will be adversely affected. Therefore, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
