AN ORDINANCE TO ATTTHORIZE THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RE-
CEIVE BIDS TO SELL CERTAIN SURPLUS MOTOR
VEHICLES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to receive
bids for the sale of and sell certain motor vehicles listed
below. Said motor vehicles have been used by various depart-
ments of the City and are now declared unsuitable for further
city use, and are declared surplus property:
