AFFAIRS TO ADVT�RTISE FOR AND RECEIV' BIDS TO
SELL CERTAIiT >URPLUS PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLr; ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION l.The Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to receive
bids for the sale of three metal garbage truck beds and junk '
metal. Said property is now declared unfit for further use
by the city, and are declared surplus property.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provis-
ions of this ordinance are ,;ut into effect immediately the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of the City
of Little Rock will be adversely affected, therefore, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
