AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK FOUR (4),
BOULEVARD TERRACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITt'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS.;
GRANTING WAIVER OF YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON LOTS TWELVE (12)
AND THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK FOUR (4)2 BOULEVARD TERRACE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMMED ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, A.RKLNSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Thirteen (13), Block Four (4),
Boulevard Terrace Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being about No. 2705 South Harrison Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as OBI Residence District, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in *F" Commercial District, under
the terms of said zoning ordinance, and waiver of yard space
requirements on Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), Block
Four (4), Boulevard Terrace Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas are hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said
Lot Thirteen (13), Block Four (4), Boulevard Terrace Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the OF* Commercial District and with yard spars re-
quirements waived on Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13),
Block Four (4), Boulevard Terrace Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
