ORDINANCE NO. 7390
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST HALF OF LOT EIGHT, BLOCK.THIRTEEN, FAUBTIS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMNSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East Half of Lot Eight (8), Block 'Thirteen (13), Faustts
Addition to the City of Kittle Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as
"D" Apartment District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District Lander the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and
made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning
of said last Half of Lot Eight (8), Block Thirteen (13 ), Fanstts Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from an&
after its passage.
