AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 16, FULTON'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 5420 AS' AIJMED
AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SBOTION 1. Lots 5 and 6, Block 16, Fulton's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as being in IC "
Two - Family District under Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, is hereby rezoned and reclassified as being
in "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a part
thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1
of this Ordinance: said property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance
is to be hereafter known and classified as being in "D" Apartment District
under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
'SECTION 3. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
