ORDINANCE NO. 7392
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4), Five (5),
AND SIX (6) IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.5420; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6)
in Block Seventeen (17) of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being the Northeast Corner of Seventeenth and Hain Streets in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned
as "D", Apartment District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance,

NO-5420, hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same
hereby declared to be in "I ", Light Industrial District under
the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance, and yard space require-
ments on said property are hereby waived under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No.5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and re- zoning of said Lots Three (3), Four(4),
Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Seventeen of the Original City of
Little Roc4, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"I ", Light Industrial District, and the yard space requirements
for said property are hereafter waived.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
