FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 72 BLOCK 21,
J. S. POLLOCK SUBDIVISION, GARLAND ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, A1,1ENDI %G ORDIZ'ATICE NO.
5420, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH CITY COUNCIL OF Tr'_-" CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the yard space requirements of Ordinance
No. X420 as required for Lot 7, Block 21, J.S. Pollock Sub-
division, Garland Additicn to the City of Little Rock, be and
the same are hereby declared to be waived.
SECTION 2. That ordinance 5420 and the zoning map which
is attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amend-
ed so as to permit the waiver of the -rard space required there-
of for Lot 7, Block 21, J.S. Pollock Subdivision, Garland
Addition to the City of Little Rock as set out in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force .
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
