ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Thera, is hereby appropriated from the
r*eneral fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Two Iun-
dred Dollars (.)200.00) to defray the expenses incurred in the
erection of a stare platform to be used at the Policenents
Benefit Show to be liven at Fair Park on Labor Day, and the
proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the necessary instruments in connection herewith.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the - provis-
ic:ns of ti is ordinance are I;ut into effect immediately, the
public health, peace, and safety of the citizens c Little
Rock will be adversely affected; therefore, an er.er7ency is
