BE IT ORDAINED BY TINT CITY COUNCIL 0I' T _ � CITY 0� LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One
IIundred and Fifty Dollars (4 ,150.00) for the payment of the
expenses of Alderman Roy Kumpe to and from Washington, D. C.
to attent the National Convention on Street and Parkin-
Problems. Said conference is to be held in Washington,
D. C. on the 11th and 12th days of September, 1947.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby direct-
ed to take such steps and execute such instruments as may
be necessary to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force ,--.nd effect from and after its pass -
age and approval.
