A SERVICE COTTTRACT 'V ITH THE ARKANSAS NATIONAL
GUARD AT THE LITTLE ROCK 1,MTICIPAL AIRPORT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSS .
WHEREAS, The Arkansas National Guard desires to obtain certain
services at the Little Rock Municipal Airport, includ-
ing fire protection, and have tendered the city of
Little Rock a contract whereby they will pay a cer-
tain suns of money monthly there for,

BE IT O'DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0F, THE CITY 0 "r' LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the P:avor and City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock are hereby authorized and empowered to execute a contract
on behalf of the City of Little Rock with the Arkansas National
Guard whereby the City will furnish certain routine services,
including fire protection, at the Little Rock Municipal Airport
and in return therefor the City will receive the sum of x+710.00
per month.
