AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF
$4,375.00 TO BE PAID TO THE STATE HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT AS THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S
SHARE IN THE COST OF A RECENT TRAFFIC SUR-
VEY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
the sum of $4,375.00 to be paid to the Arkansas High-
way Department to cover the City of Little Rock's
Y
pJaportional part of a recent traffic survey, and the
proper city officials are hereby authorized and direct-
ed to execute the necessary instruments in connection
herewith.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
