AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF .PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE ONE ONE AND ONE -HALF TON TRUCK (ljT)FOR
USE By THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one (1) one and one -half (1j) ton truck for use by the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The purchase
price of said truck shall not exceed the sum of $1,800.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
