7430ORDINANCE NO. 7430 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDITANCE NO. 7366 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLT ROCK, PROVIDING FOR TH, TYPE OF INCINERATORS FOR TRASH BURNING, AND FOR OTHER i'URPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COI'NCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 7366 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock providing for the type of trash burners to be used in the City of Little Rock is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance 4967, passed April 25, 1932, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as f o llows : It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to burn or cause to be burned out of doors any hay, straw, shavings, paper, leaves, trash, or any combustible material on any occupied or unoccupied lot within the City of Little Rock, except in wire baskets of not Yore than one and one -half (1'3-) inch mesh, rock, brick, or metal incinerators with a proper cover. No inciner- ators shall be located within 10 feet of any building or com- bustible material. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordinance are put into effect imx«ediately, the public peace, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Little Rock will be adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
