Section 1. That the bond: of the Capital Transportation
Company as Principal. and the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company as
Surety , said bond bfing numbered 32 S 3027 and filed October 13,
1947 in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock and
in accordance with the terms of Ordinance No. 7373 of the ordinances
of said City, is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. All ordimnces in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed anti this ordimn as shall be in fall force ana effect from
and after its passage*
