AN ORDINANCE TO AU'T'HORIZE THE RENTING OF PARKING SPACE
ON CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION
OF TNT' RENT, FIXIT,?G THE AITOT NT THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,
The City of Little Rock is the owner of Lots 1 and 2, Block
100, Original City of Little Rock, which is directly north
of the location of the Glover Building, and such property
is used by motorists for parking space at no cost, and
WHEREAS,
As a result the City of Little Rock is losing revenue that
might be obtained by the renting of such property,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT -' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Collector is authorized and directed to
rent parking space during the hours of 6 A.P1 and to 6 P.P. on cer-
tain city property described as Lots 1 and 2, Blocl: 100, Original
City of Little Rock.
SECTIO1, 2. The rate of rent for such space will be x;',3.00
per month per car, and is to e paid to the City Collector in ad-
vance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
