SECTION 1... That Ldts 10 and 11, Block 3, Fulk's
Subdivision of Rapley Estates Little Rock, Arkansas, being
2312 and 2314 Rock Street, heretofore classified and Zoned
as "B" One Family Residence District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same are declared to be in 801 Two- family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and re- zoAing of said lots 10
and 11 in Block 3s Fulk ' s Sub - Division of Rapley Estate, Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof , . said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two-

family District as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
