74620 - + i ORDINANCE NO. 7462 r 4 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY AT 4908 ASHER AVENUE, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning'at a point on the North right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 70, which is 267 -2/3 feet Southwest of the intersection of the West right of way line of the Little Rock, Maumelle & Western Railroad and said Highway No. 70; thence North 243 feet to the South right of way line of said Little Rock, Maumelle & Western Railroad; thence Northwesterly along the said South right of way line 137 feet to a point; thence South 20 East 327 feet to a point on the North right of way line of said U. S. Highway No. 70; thence East along the North right of way line of said U. S. Highway No. 70 117.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.75 acres more or less being a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEB.) of Section Eighteen (18), Township One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the property located at 4908 Asher Avenue, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 70, which is 267 -2/3 feet Southwest of the intersection of the West right of way line of the Little Rock Maumelle & Western Railroad and said Highway �o- 70; thence North 243 feet to the South right of way line of said Little Rock, Maumelle & Western Railroad; thence Northwesterly along the said South right of way line 137 feet to a point; thence South 20 East 327 feet to a point on the North right of way line of said U. S. Highway No. 70; thence East along the North right of way line of said U. S. Highway No. 70 117.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.75 acres more or less, being a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEB) of Section Eighteen (18), Township One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, is hereby reclassified from its present classification in the 'tB" Residence District to that of "K" Heavy Industrial District and yard space requirements on said property are hereby waived. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, and the zoning map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said above - described property at 4908 Asher Avenue, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and <. ORDINANCE NO. Page 2 classified as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District, and with waiver of yard space requirements. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, other than the said Ordinance 5420, as amended, are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
