BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the East 50 Feet of Lot Six (6), Block
Two Hundred'Fourteen (214) Original City of Little Rook, Arkansas,
being 610 hest 16th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
•D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in Commercial "F• District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard space requirements is
hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said East
50 Feet of Lot Six (6), Block Two Hundred Fourteen (214)
Original City of Little Rock,Arkansae, as outlined in Seotion
1 hereof;'said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in Commercial OF* District and with yard space require -
ments waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SSCTI ON 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
