AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH ONE -HALF OF TRACT 4 AND
ALL OF TRACTS 2, 5 AND 6, OF ELLA M. TRIBBLE'S SUB - DIVISION,
TO.THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South One -half of Tract 4 and
all of Tracts 2, 5 and 6, of Ella M. Tribble's Sub- division
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residential District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as'amended, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "H"
Business District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 as amended and
the Zoning Map attached thereto and made a part thereof are
hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section
1 of this ordinance; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "H" Business District under said
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
