AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
PRINCIPAL AND SEMIANNUAL INTEREST AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE
FEBRUARY 1, 1948 AND MARCH 19 1948 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
BOND ISSUES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION -1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein recited
for payment of the City's obligations on various bond issues due
February 1, 1948 and March 1, 1948, as follows:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and
for the respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the
transmiZal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the
due slates.
SECTION 3. This or.Unanoe shall take effect and be in
fordo from and after its passage and approval.
