AN ORDINANCE RECLA,SIFYING LOT 10, BLOCK 2, BARBER/ ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASt AMENDING ORDINANCE 110. 5420t AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Lot 10, Block 2, Barber /Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2712 Barber Avenue, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" One - family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Two -family District under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the

reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 10, Block 2, Barber /Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
fran and after its passage.
