AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING �QHE PARKING OF CARS ON CITY PROPERTY;
PROVIDING A PENALTY THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage m d approval of
this ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corpor-
ation to park any vehicle on any posted property of the City of
Little Rock without the proper permission therefor.
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to
remove or cause to be removed from the property of the City any
.. vehicle parked thereon in violation of this ordinance, and the
owner thereof shall be liable for any towage charge incurred.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction in the Little Rock Municipal Court
shall be fined in any sum not less than $5.00 nor more than $25.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
