ORDINANCE NO. 7�5�
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH loot OF LOTS 7 and 8, BLOCK 140
RECTOR TOWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That the South 100' of Lots 7 and S. Block 14, Rector
Town Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1018- 20 -22 -24
East 6th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as *C" Two-family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 6420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of .s:
yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby emended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the South 1001 of Lots? and 8, Block 140
Reotbr Town Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof= said property to be hereafter (mown and classified as
being in "K" Heavy Industrial District with yard space requirements waived
as provided in Secion 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance still take effect and be in force
frost and after its passage.
