OF LITTL» ROCK, ARKANSAS, GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE
REQUIR01ENTS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ZZ CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKU"Ss
SECTION 1. That Lot 9, Block 25, Centennial Addition to the City of
Little Rook, Arkansas, being 1514 High Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "B" One family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance Bo. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
"F" Ca mercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver
of lot area and yard apeoe requireffieats is hereby granted•
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 6420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amenRed to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 9, Block 25, Centennial Addition to
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said

property, to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Cameroial
District and lot area and yard space requirements are waived*
SECTION S. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
