Al ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
THE SOUTH ONE LOT 6 AND THE VEST ONE -HALF OF
LOTS 7,8,9,10, BLOCK 32, ADAMS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.5420,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the South one -half of Lot 6 and the West one -half
of Lots 7,8,9,10, Block 32, Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 2224 Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned as
"B" One - family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Caamercial District under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the Routh one -half of Lot 6-and the Nest
one-half of Lots 7,8,9,109 Block 32, Adams Addition to the Gity of .6ittle
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in "F" Co ercial District..
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
