CRDINANCE No. 7560
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 7 and 8 BLOCK 8, PFEIFER'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
4 AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAIN BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lots 7 and 8, Block 8, Pfeifer's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the NE Corner of Marklon and Van
Buren Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - family
Residence District under the terns of Zoning ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Cassaercial District under the terns of said Zoning Ordinances
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning hap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots 7 and 8, Block 8, Pfeifer's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outline& in Section
1 heroofj said property to be hereafter known and classified WA being
in "F" Casmmercial Di strict.

SECTION S. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
