AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
Wj TATS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 24, BUCS'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDEDs
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSESs
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Wj of Lots 4 and 5, Block 24, Brack's
Addition to the City of j6 the Rock, Arkansas, being the NN corner
of Brack and Monroe Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
One - family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 54209 is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Coa rcial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordisamet
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
Peclassifioation and rezoning of the Wj of Lots 4 and 5, Block 24,
Brackts Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "F" Casmiercial Distric

Section S. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in farce
from and after its passage.
