AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 2, BLOCK 1, PROSPERITY EDITION
TO TBE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTBER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,

SECTION 1. That Lot 2, Block 1, Prosperity Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3000 Brain Street, heretofor
classified and zoned as " B A One - Family District under the terns
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in " C * Two- Famd.ly District
under the tastes of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space
requirements is hereby &&Mwdd
SSBTION 2. That Ordinance No. %20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 2, Block 1, Prosperity
Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said pr%wrt), to be heri&fter ]mown and classified
as being in " C " Two - Family District and with yard space
requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
