ORDINANCE N0. 75
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 8, BLOCK 23, MASONIC ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD
SPACE REQUIRT3UMS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FCR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR$ANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lot 8, Block 23, Masonic Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 2419 Barber Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned
as "C" Two Family District under the teams of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same, is hereby declared to be
in "F" Cosmdercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance and
a waiver of lot area and yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2,, That Ordinance No, 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 8, Block 23, Masonic Addition to the
City of Little Rock,, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial
District and with lot area and yard space waived as provided in section 1
hereof.
SECTION 39 That tics ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
