TO PURCHASE, VARIOUS ITEMS OF EQUIPh'ENT FOR USE IN THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTIJENT OF ThF CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITE'" COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTIOlt 1, The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and requested to
advertise for, accept bids, and rent, with the option to
purchase, the following equipment for use in the Public
Works Department; rental cost not to exceed the sum of .�- 3,000.00
per month for a period not to exceed 24 months. Priority
for the rental will be as follows:
10 112 ton Dump Trucks
2 Air Compressors
2 Patrol traders
1 Bull Dozer Blade for R,D6 Tractor
1 Front End Loader, 3/4 yard
1 Clamshell Bucket, 3/8 yard
1 2" Heavy Duty Centrifugal Pump
1 Trailer Tractor (Automotive)
Such additional la ton Dump Trucks
necessary to utilize the balance
of the rental funds remaining
from the appropriation.
SECTIO7 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
