AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY -
SIX DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR PAYMENT OF ELECTION
EXPENSES IN THE GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK ON TUESDAY, APRIL 6, 1948; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General funds of the City of Little Rock the sum of Eight
Hundred Seventy -Six Dollars to cover the costs to be incurred in
the City General Election to be held Tuesday, April 6, 1948s for
the necessary officials to serve in said election.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the warrant of the City drawn
on the General Fund in the said sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-
Six Dollars in payment of said expense.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passage.
