AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
nVO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS TO BE
PAID TO THE PULASKI COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY
UNDER THE TERMS OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT
ORDER IN CRIMINAL CASE NO. 325.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund of the Cit7 of Little Rock the sum of TWO
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) to be paid to the Pulaski
County Humane Society. Said above sum beinpa the penalty
assessed by the ''.Municipal Court in Criminal Case No. 325,
and under the provisions of Section 3309 Pope's Digest of
the statutes of the State of Arkansas inure to such society.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
directed and authorized to take the necessar�T steps and
execute such instruments as may be necessary to accomplish
the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
